Sessions and Fees
1:1 Sessions last for 45 minutes. Typically I see clients weekly or fortnightly, however, we will discuss your individualised session plan in detail to meet your needs. The initial phone consultation is free.
After your first session we will discuss and establish a session plan and frequency.
Therapy is flexible and is not contractual.

Mindfulness group sessions are a pay as you attend sessions. They run every week and fill up fast. If you are interested in attending please contact me and I will add you on the list and send information.
I also offer 1:1 Mindfulness teaching and learning this skill.
