Here, it’s safe to put the armour down. Underneath our defences lies the emotional safety, connection, and authenticity we crave. I offer one to one sessions, face to face and online.

15 Minute speed therapy

I offer this after feedback, that it would be useful to have a 15 minute therapy check-in used for quick advice, second opinions, steps that you can take to head in the right direction. It obviously does not replace full sessions as we would need to dive into you as a person to help overcome your challenges, however it may be that you want some quick advice, maybe for your child or yourself. I also send across any intervention material we have talked about and I have recommended you give a go of.

One to one Psychotherapy sessions - in person or virtual online

Psychotherapy sessions where you can talk about your challenges and difficulties and we can work together to overcome them. I use an integrative approach, drawing on different interventions to suit the client. We can work with depression, anxiety, OCD, panic, anger and much more, even if you do not know what it is that is wrong.

Group Mindfulness Sessions

I run regular group sessions, once a month where we can get together and explore mindfulness practise. It is a lovely, relaxed group with welcome tea and coffee followed by positivity and mindfulness practise. You will learn how to apply this amazing tool to your difficulties. Creating a different way of responding and handling challenges in life. Contact me if you are interested in group Mindfulness and I can add you on to the list and provide details.

1:1 Mindfulness

Mindfulness is like a gym membership for the brain. It helps the mind to become quieter, less racing thoughts, more at peace and teaches the person how to stay in the present moment. Working with thoughts to alleviate overwhelming emotions and can be applied to all mental health struggles and issues.

Energy Psychology

The use of energy techniques and meridian points to rewire thought processes and memories. Perfect for trauma responses, phobias and negative thinking patterns. This is delivered through TAT, EFT and tapping techniques in order to move and work with trapped energy in the body. An ideal book to read based on this is “The body keeps score” which demonstrates how the body can hold on to past issues and display it through anxiety and depression.

Soul Plan creation

Your Soul Plan is based on your birth name and the collection of energies or frequencies that uniquely came together to shape your life’s blue-print. This is a great tool to look at challenges in your life, your goals and your destiny (what you should be doing in life) and is great if you feel a little lost!

As a qualified Soul Plan Practitioner and teacher, I will work with you to activate your Soul Plan, enabling you to become aligned with your Soul Destiny or purpose and gain a greater understanding of who you are, increasing the potential for life satisfaction.

Your Star of Creation is created by using a system of numerology and mapping your key energies to those areas of your life concerning your challenges, your talents and your goals.

The full reading takes 90-minutes and will include;

Natal Birth charts

I am trained in producing and reading birth charts. These give amazing insight into goals/aspirations and what you are drawn towards, challenges and why you face them, how you approach life and why you may feel the way you do. We can use as part of therapy or you can contact me for a chart session.

I Offer private Psychotherapy therapy counselling sessions provided in a lovely space where you can talk and explore your challenges. I use various interventions depended on the clients needs which we will cover in a thorough intake session before we begin. I provide the space for you to process and analyse your thoughts, worries and cycle of behaviour, working with your mind and body. I draw on an integrative approach using different modalities to support you, including thought analysis, Mindfulness, draw and talk therapy and CBT. The aim of which is to understand you as a person and take you on a journey to heal challenges you are facing. Looking at how you got here, what is keeping you here and how you can move forward.

I will help you look at negative cycles, patterns, negative ruminative thinking and use proven psychological techniques to help you overcome self-beliefs and live the life right for you.

Below is a little about the process from consultation to meeting.

The first stage would be for you to book a free 10 minute consultation with me. You can do this by going to the contact page and getting my details and sending me a text or giving me a phone call. You can also email me for this or fill in the contact form. During this 10 minutes we can have a confidential chat about what it is you need support on. You can share with me your challenges and ask any questions. I will also ask a few questions just to make sure we can work together. I am friendly and open and we do not have to talk about anything you don’t want to. This is your time.

After this, I will see if you are wanting to book in for sessions to begin. If so, I will send you across a thorough questionnaire so that our first session can be used to the full.

During our first session, you will be welcomed into a caring environment where we can begin to break down your struggles and we can see the best way forward for support.

What I offer

I offer a free 10 minute consultation to go over your concerns and make sure we are a good fit. I like to start our journey with a phone call to discuss what your struggles are, how long you have been suffering or experiencing them, anything you have tried and tell you a little about my history and who I am. This is a good way to start developing our relationship and learn a little about each other so that you can decide if this is for you. I aim to respond within 48 hours of your enquiry Mon – Fri. I am fairly flexible in response.

Life can be hectic. You are probably only free at certain times. I offer flexible hours and try to suit your needs. Including occasional offers of weekend appointments. I have a client base already but always try to see when you are available and work around that. I do occasional Saturday and Sunday appointments and also more flexible if we are having an online session.

If I am seeing you in person, there is great bus links to my practise from Newcastle and Wallsend. I also offer free parking right near my practise. My practise is also based in a very private area. Setting up my private practise meant I could cater for you as my client. I understand parking is crucial as is transport links. I also was able to create a lovely space for you to feel welcomed and comfortable.

I offer a thorough intake session. This allows me to understand all your concerns before we have our first session. This also means we are not wasting any time in your first session going over all the details. I will have them already. This is including history and background where we will work together to plan goals and intervention options. I send out a questionnaire to see where you are in your journey. Of course you do not have to fill this in. If you would like to just come along to your first session then this is also fine. This is for you an to help with treatment plans and psychological healing.

You will find a private and confidential space to ensure your privacy, that’s a relaxing and calming place where you can share your challenges. This is your time and I am here for you. I offer a confidential space for you to open up about all your concerns and struggles. I will use all this information to formulate a plan to get you to where you want to be.
